Delivering Projects Successfully via Agile Approaches (1)

Simon is currently working as an Agile Coach for an International Consultancy with a blue chip client in the UK Midlands. He has been involved with Higher Education for many years, originally with Reading University then recently for the Universities of Southampton and finally Bristol University, bringing his Agile skills and experience to staff, academics and students. He has worked for Fujitsu and Microsoft amongst others focusing on delivering projects and programmes, before starting his own business delivering  training across the globe. He has over 16 years’ experience training PMI PMP exam preparation courses and Lean Agile/Agile Scrum in a variety of Industry sectors.

Sophie Harrison is the Director of Agile Product Delivery at UCL, where she is accountable for the governance and delivery of the digital investment portfolio and leads their agile transformation. Prior to joining UCL in November 2020, Sophie worked at PA Consulting supporting large and complex organisations with their agile transformations.
