It will be an opportunity for all people to gather and talk with their peers and leaders in their field and to discuss formally and informally these problems. 

Given the issues with keeping and recruiting IT staff throughout the HE sector, increasing diversification and developing our existing staff has become even more urgent. As such, I'd like to attend the conference to maximise my potential for personal development but also the benefit of our institution. Equally importantly, I want to gain insights to help my colleagues and team mates to do the same. I hope to improve my knowledge around the latest developments with regards to encouraging diversification and the benefits it brings.
