Chris Dixon is Head of Digital Change and Innovation at Lancaster University where he works on projects to embed digital transformation and create new innovative services. Chris works with developer teams, business owners, key stakeholders across the university and external providers to solve business challenges and produce new in-house solutions.

Hi, I'm Debbie Hall and I am Head of Digital Delivery at the University of Huddersfield. I have been working in IT project delivery roles for about 15 years. I am a PRINCE, MSP and Change Management Practitioner. I led a team of project managers in a local authority, Portfolio Manager at the University of Manchester and then Programme Manager within the Civil Service before this role. We have a small PMO function within UoH and are embedded in the IT and Library service so most of our focus is on technical project delivery, although a lot of this is system change and implementation. With my colleagues Business Analysis Manager (Alex Walker) and our PMO lead (Rachel Brown) we are trying to improve our practice. We’ve implemented a project lifecycle approach and devised some metrics over the last year and now we are moving onto improving our business analysis, tooling and reporting.

Hi, I'm Kathryn Hobson and I am the Business and Finance Manager within Computing and Library Services at the University of Huddersfield.  I work across both IT and Library, my main area of responsibility is the departmental budgets and, alongside a colleague, I have a remit for overseeing HR related matters within the department.  My role is part of the wider Digital Delivery team which Debbie Hall leads.  I recently completed an MBA, my final project looked at drivers for employee satisfaction and engagement.  I am also a part qualified management accountant, hoping to achieve full CIMA accreditation this year.
