UCISA-PCMG along with PA Consulting are thrilled to invite you to the fourth instalment of our Agile Community of Practice PCMG webinar series. As part of our ongoing commitment to foster collaboration and learning within the higher education community, our COP sessions are held quarterly, focusing on agile transformation and delivery.

In this session we will delve into the topic most requested in our last session; Continuous Improvement: Building a Culture of Learning and Adaptation. Our discussion will cover defining continuous improvement, key tools and techniques, and adaptive learning and experimentation. Hosted by Alex Hardham from PA Consulting, a transformation expert with extensive hands-on experience including guiding institutions through successful agile transformations.

We are dividing the event into 2 sections – an introduction to continuous improvement and a panel discussion.
