About the Event

While AI technologies have driven major advancements in productivity and innovation, concerns are rising over the environmental impact, particularly the carbon emissions produced by AI and digital operations. Lenovo Intelligent Sustainability Solutions Advisor (LISSA) serves as a vital tool within the IT Decarbonization process conducted by the Lenovo team. Its primary purpose is to quantitatively measure and analyse the carbon footprint of various activities, processes, or products within an organization. By calculating estimated carbon emissions, the calculator enables Universities to:

  • Assess Environmental Impact: Gain insights into the environmental impact of their operations, products, or services by quantifying estimated carbon emissions associated with them.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Identify areas where carbon emissions can be potentially reduced or mitigated, thus helping businesses in their journey towards sustainability.
  • Support Decision Making: Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes related to sustainability initiatives and strategies.
  • Overall, LISSA empowers Universities to make informed decisions, reduce their carbon footprint, and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Join us for this UCISA Sustainability Community webinar exploring this exciting new technology and find out how LISSA and Lenovo’s commitment to sustainability can help you to achieve your sustainability goals.
