PlusOne Bursary Scheme

UCISA is pleased to announce the Bursary-funded PlusOne scheme for PACED26: Shaping What’s Next is now live.

In response to the growing challenges of talent management and tightening budgets across institutions, UCISA is supporting its members by enabling delegates registered for the full PACED26 Conference programme to bring an institutional colleague at no additional cost.

A previous recipient of the PlusOne scheme has said:

"PACED25 was an invaluable experience for me. It not only broadened my understanding of key topics in the sector but also gave me the confidence to engage with senior colleagues and explore new ways of working. I would highly recommend UCISA conferences to anyone looking to develop professionally and gain fresh perspectives on the challenges and opportunities within Higher Education."

Please read the following information to nominate a colleague for a bursary-funded place at the PACED26 Conference:

  • To be eligible, the referee must have already booked an early bird place to attend the full conference programme. Referees may only nominate 1 individual.
  • UCISA welcomes nominees from underrepresented groups, please include any relevant information in the nomination.
  • The nominee should be notified that they will be referred.
  • The nominee must also agree to share their findings from PACED26 with colleagues at their institution, as well as disseminate their experience in a format of their choice that may be published on the UCISA website and/or social media channels.

Nominations can be made via this form and it must be received by the deadline of Friday 9th October 2026.
