23 July 2021 - Drew Cook appointed Chair of the USL Board of Directors
We are pleased to announce that Drew Cook, Director of ICT at the University of Lincoln and former ucisa Chair of the Board of Trustees, has recently been appointed to the role of Chair of ucisa Services Limited (USL) by its Board of Directors.
Reporting to the ucisa Board of Trustees, USL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ucisa. USL trades in support of ucisa’s charitable objectives, as set out in its Memorandum and Articles of Association and gifts any surplus back to the parent charity. We are sure you will join us in congratulating Drew on his new role.
