Deborah heads UCISA HQ, maintaining and developing working relationships with external agencies and key stakeholders as well as other professional and national organisations. Deborah also works with the Trustees and the UCISA Chairs Forum on the strategic direction of UCISA.

Charlotte has responsibility for the day-to-day operation of UCISA, including technical Infrastructure and systems used to deliver our services. Charlotte will also deputies for the CEO on key operational matters.

Natalie Lafferty

Head of Representation and Policy

Natalie brings together and mediates between suppliers and UCISA members, representing and managing responses to service and management issues, driving forward the interests of our digital community.

Elaine Swift

Head of Professional Development Services

Elaine is responsible for creating, developing, managing and implementing our professional development accreditation programme as well as developing and implementing the UCISA mentoring scheme.

Siân Thomas

Head of Corporate Engagement and Events

Sian provides strategic and operational leadership and management of our events programme and leads our Corporate Member scheme. She plays a lead role in creating, developing, and managing a high quality and efficient service.

Sarah Blandford

Special Projects Admin and Communications Coordinator

Sarah looks after the day-to-day communications schedule and produces the weekly UCISA Digest along with providing backup in the up keep of the UCISA website.

Nikki Cutler

Systems Support and Operations Officer

Nik manages the day-to-day running of our website, along with management of the membership database. Nik also supports the Events Team with the logistical, operational management and administration of the in-person events.

Caroline O'Shea

Caroline provides administrative support to the CEO, along with support and assistance to the UCISA Board of Trustees, and UCISA Chairs Forum. She also leads the administration of our internal policies.
