The UCISA Board of Trustees is constituted to lead, direct and govern all the activities of ucisa to ensure that UCISA's mission and objectives as a charitable organisation are met.
Leadership Council
It's purpose is to define and propose activities that meet UCISA’s charitable purpose, in line with the agreed strategy and direction as determined by the UCISA Board of Trustees and membership, to act as a focal point for engagement between UCISA and its members and to maintain relationships with other relevant organisations in the UK and abroad.
Business Relationship Management Group
The Business Relationship Management Group is a community of IT Business Partners, Relationship Managers, and related professionals across the HE/FE IT community.
Corporate Information Systems Group
UCISA's Corporate Information Systems Group draws on the experience and shared knowledge of UCISA members involved in the implementation and operation Business and Corporate Information Systems.
Digital Capabilities Group
UCISA's Digital Capabilities Group aims to promote sharing of experience and good practice in IT training and skills development for both staff and students in UK higher education institutions.
Digital Education Group
UCISA's Digital Education Group acts as a bridge between IT provision and Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) in support of education and aims to identify areas of interest related to the use of technology in support of teaching and learning activities.
Digital Infrastructure Group
concentrates on the technology and services that sit between networks and end-user applications, as well as service management processes that help underpin well-managed IT delivery.
Enterprise Architecture Group
brings together people from across the UK HE and FE sector with an interest in Enterprise Architecture and related disciplines of Business, Application, Data, Technology and Solutions Architecture. The EA CoP seeks to promote and develop sector adoption of Enterprise Architecture through the sharing of knowledge, experience, case studies and examples of good practice.
Enterprise Service Management Community of Practice
The Enterprise Service Management Community of Practice (ESM CoP) is a collaborative group made up of professionals from across the UK Higher Education sector who are passionate about service excellence through improving service delivery and management.
HEIDS
The role of HEIDS is to promote high standards in the provision and development of academic, management and administrative information systems throughout the Scottish Higher Education Sector.
Immigration Administration Community of Practice
The Immigration Administration CoP aims to reduce the burden of immigration administration through the development of information systems.
Procurement Group
We aim to promote and improve communication between suppliers and the community and engage with both major players and significant software suppliers to UK education so that they better understand the sector's requirements. We act as a focus for the community for software issues.
Project and Change Management Group
UCISA's Project and Change Management Group is a community of skilled and experienced Project and Change Management professionals working together to develop and promote best practice in all aspects of project and change management in higher and further education.
Security Group
UCISA's Security Group promotes dialogue, networking, knowledge sharing and collaboration on security issues and other relevant topics of common interest
Support Services Group
UCISA's Support Services Group represents those involved in service desk delivery and operation, and communications in UCISA’s member institutions. We identify and share innovative approaches and develop knowledge and expertise.
Sustainability Group
The Sustainability Group aims to further our understanding of sustainability issues to enable us to take action in addressing this important topic.

The group provides a forum for Midlands based institutions to meet, to share best practice and to identify opportunities for collaboration and potential shared services.

UCISA's Women in Tech Group highlights the success of women already working in IT roles in HE and FE. The Group offers opportunities to network and share experiences and challenges as well as identifying best practice approaches to improving diversity.

The UCISA London Group is open to anyone from member institutions in the capital at all professional levels. It offers a strong focus on networking and information sharing.
