Whenever we are doing change in organisations, whether it is implementing new technology, new ways of working, new processes or priorities, it is often too easy to forget about the human element. We often resort to rational, logical techniques to inform people and assume they will just get on with it. And yet people are emotive creatures where sometimes rational logic is the last thing that will engage them on the journey. This session explores the people side of change and how every leader needs to be aware of how to tackle change management.
