About the Event
Home Office update on the Graduate immigration route change
The Graduate route will be launched this summer, and represents our commitment to improving our offer to international students considering education in the UK.
It will significantly improve on the current offer for international students who complete a degree in the UK and would like to stay and work (up to six months leave after they complete a course and able to switch into skilled work routes), or those who have completed a PhD (12 months under the Doctorate Extension Scheme).
The new route will help us to achieve the ambition set out in the International Education Strategy to increase the number of international students in higher education in the UK to 600,000 by 2030.
Join us on Monday 15th March from 13:30 – 15:00 where representatives from the Home Office will provide further information on the reporting requirements to support this forthcoming graduate immigration route change that need to be implemented in the summer.
