Delivering Projects Successfully via Agile Approaches Webinars

Agile methods offer the possibility of enabling teams to deliver value to our organisations quickly and efficiently, but is that promise routinely met in practice?

The Project and Change Management Group is pleased to offer 2 webinars in April to examine our collective experiences in applying agile methods to manage projects within higher education.

The sessions will identify the approaches which change managers within HE have taken to implement change successfully via agile methods. This includes learning from more challenging experiences!

The sessions will be led by Sophie Harrison, Head of Agile Product Delivery at University College London and Simon Robertson, The Agile Doctor, who both have significant experience of undertaking agile projects within HE.
