Apprenticeships and graduates

In this brave new world of work, recruiting and retaining staff is more complex and challenging than ever. Utilising graduates and apprentices to expand your teams feels like a sensible remedy – providing the institution with motivated, high-potential colleagues that grow to support the business at the same time as helping them on the first steps in working life. Graduates and apprentices add vibrancy to workplace culture, and often help improve diversity. It is a win-win that can also come with challenges, that will be also considered in this webinar.

Join us to discover how peers across the sector have successfully established effective graduate or apprentice programmes, and some of the pros and cons they’ve encountered along the way.
