About the Event

Mental Health has come into increasing focus during the pandemic. Working from home has challenged our wellbeing in regards to social and physical inputs, and COVID implications on mental health have been recognised.

This community event will explore mental health from two key angles: awareness of your own mental state and how individuals respond to stress, and working with colleagues and in teams where mental health issues are present. We will end the day with a practical session of sharing ideas, and advice, with participants in the driving seat.

Please join us for a day of learning, exploring and sharing mental health matters.
