Exhibition and Sponsorship Opportunities

We invite you to join us at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead for SSG23: Reboot, Refocus, Recharge: Redefining the world of Support Services

Delegates at the Conference will comprise of those responsible for the support of all aspects of IT within an HE institution, from IT Directors to managers responsible for 1st, 2nd and in some cases 3rd line support. Delegates attending are influencers within their institution; having responsibility for the IT support and provision of appropriate tools and processes for evaluating and deciding on the desktop, laptop, printing and audio-visual solutions. It is often at such events that ideas and concepts will be a key take away from the Conference resulting in follow up and future business.

As in previous years we hope to complement the programme with Partner Showcases - opportunities for delegates, with exhibitors, to share their experience and success in working together to deliver new value to their organisations.

If this is of interest, please see the options below:

NB We will require you to submit a ~100 word proposal for both the Primary keynote and Business Showcases packages (including details of your presenters) for consideration by the Conference Committee.

For the presentation proposals, wherever possible, demonstrate where you have partnered with a HE/FE institution, highlighting how you were able to meet the requirements, address challenges (e.g. peak loads during specific times of the year/activities) and demonstrate benefits realised. The content should not be a sales pitch. Rather explain a general problem or challenge facing the sector, talk about what you have learned and finish with a few slides on how your solution can help. Presenting in partnership with an academic site as a case study with the Full member leading the presentation, is our preference.

If you would like to propose a presentation please get in touch with events@ucisa.ac.uk

The Support Services Conference is always a lively and exciting opportunity to meet with HE and FE support and operations professionals from across the UK.
