About the Event

Join the UCISA Security Group for their annual online conference, where colleagues from across the sector will be sharing their experiences of planning for, surviving in the midst of, and then learning from, a significant cybersecurity event. 

The themes of the session will include:

  • Preparing your institution for a significant cyber event
  • Responding and recovering (the pieces)
  • Learning from and adapting future plans.

There will be a series of inspirational case studies and lots of discussion opportunities.

Lucila has progressed her career covering Technical Support and on-premise Virtual Platforms within the Education sector. The shift to security was triggered when she was involved in a project to build state of the art ‘secure-by-design’ data centres and distributed server infrastructure. Lucila’s current role is within UCL’s Security Operations team.
