This is the second webinar in response to a query that was sent to the PCMG email list ….. the response was fantastic with volunteers to give their experiences about setting up and establishing a Community of Practice for Project Managers within their own institutions.
University’s COP for PMs are established to create knowledge exchange, promote collaboration tools, discussion forums, facilitate communication, assist new PMs in a safe space, share lessons learned & success stories, whilst giving advice on issues and challenges.
