About the Event

Join us for a roundtable dinner alongside industry peers to discuss and explore the vital role of cyber security in higher education, and its far-reaching impact on business operations, governance, innovation, and the campus.

The event will be co-chaired by UCISA and ITGL and is scheduled to take place on Thursday 12th September from 6pm in London.

During the evening, we hope that you will share your valuable insights, experiences, and innovations – as well as your frustrations and challenges – in a night of engaging discussions, professional networking, and collaborative exchange of views.

Our discussion is likely to cover the following areas:

• The critical role of cyber security in maintaining a university’s business continuity and operational efficiency.
• how adaptive security strategies, strong leadership, and sector collaboration all play crucial roles in protecting universities and enabling them to develop proactive capabilities.
• how to approach solutions such as multi-cloud services, IoT powered campuses, and emerging technologies like quantum computing.

ITGL’s hope is that the roundtable will give us the chance to consider together how to secure our digital future and foster a resilient digital landscape for higher education as a whole.
