18 March 2021 - Response to Green Paper on Transforming Public Sector Procurement

Last week we submitted a combined response from the membership of ucisa to the Green Paper on Transforming Public Sector Procurement, published in December. The response was collated from discussions with university and college procurement and IT professionals, and from key stakeholders in the IT supply chain.  A dedicated working group was formed to write the response and we held a number of meetings to involve our wider membership in defining our response. The response brings our distinct perspective to bear on what is likely to be a tremendously important change to the public sector procurement regulations.
