Ian started out in banking in London and Sydney before being drawn to creative industries threatened by the first wave of digital disruption. He supported a newspaper group as they created the world’s biggest online media hub and one of the first price comparison services. He then helped a global record label post their first growth in over a decade with innovations such as digital supply chains, machine learning, automation and consignment based trading.
