Gone are the days when students plan to do their work in the library during “normal” university hours. They want the flexibility of being able to access the necessary services, systems and applications at any time during the day, from any location and from a variety of devices. This causes University IT teams a headache in terms of management of providing consistent user experience for access to the variety of systems and massively increases the attack surface for the university.
