Learning from others to make agile at scale work

PCMG are thrilled to announce the launch of our Agile Community of Practice (COP) webinar series. Our PCMG Agile COP will hold a quarterly webinar focusing on exploring agile transformation and delivery. Our approach is community-driven, featuring engaging presentations and panel events that allow time for participation from across the COP. Each session, we’ll poll for interest in future session topics so we keep the events relevant and valuable to the community.

Our inaugural session will focus on broad topic of Agile Transformation. Hosted by James Munson, a partner from PA Consulting, who brings a wealth of knowledge as a CIO and consultant, with over a decade of experience in the higher education sector. He has extensive experience scaling agile solutions for various sectors including higher education. Joining James will be a panel of people from institutions, including Andy Smith CIO at UCL, who are at various stages on their agile journey. They will share insights into their challenges and strategies to overcome them. There will be plenty of time for questions from attendees during the session.
