About the Event

UCISA-PCMG with PA Consulting are thrilled to invite you to the third instalment of our Agile Community of Practice PCMG webinar series. As part of our ongoing commitment to foster collaboration and learning within the higher education community, our COP sessions are held quarterly, focussing on agile transformation and delivery.

In this session we will delve into the topic most requested in our last session; Building a Case for Change: How to Show Value. Our discussion will cover demonstrating value, your future vision, and defining your change opportunities and challenges. Hosted by Alex Hardham from PA Consulting, a transformation expert with extensive hands-on experience including guiding institutions through successful agile transformations.

We are dividing the event into 2 sections – an introduction to building a case for change and a panel discussion.

Therefore, please join at 11:00, for the first 30 minutes for an Introduction to Building a Case for Change, offering a comprehensive level set.

And/or join at 11:30 where we will host a panel discussion featuring university delegates, and others with broader industry perspectives, providing diverse, practical experiences, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions to the panel.

If you would like to be part of the panel, please complete this form.
