Building Resilience: A BRM’s Journey

Richard is a business partner at UWE Bristol.  He works with colleagues across the university to align university, IT, and business area strategy.  His aim is to make sure that all stakeholders have a voice to present their case for changing needs and new ideas.

Sarah has worked as a senior BRM for nearly 20 years in FMCG, Utilities and HE, and has recently taken the plunge to go freelance. She is passionate about the BRM role and is active as a volunteer for the UK and Europe BRM communities, as well as serving on the Board as Vice Chair for 4 years. Her efforts as a volunteer resulted in being rewarded with an "Arnie" from the BRM Institute in 2023.
