About the Event

The Government has announced HE reform, leading with a clear expectation for the sector to become more efficient and reduce operational costs while meeting regulatory demands.

What role does IT play in enabling efficiency? How will IT leaders respond? What impact does sustainability, cybersecurity and other mission-critical initiatives led by IT create?

The roundtable session will discuss concerns, challenges and opportunities in the sector. The session provides a platform to share initiatives that can impact student experience and the universities’ ability to remain competitive, modernise operations and maintain excellent education and research standards. We will conclude the session by shortlisting key areas to help adapt for the future and identify where IT departments might need the most support in the years ahead.
