About the Event

Phishing emails still rank as one of the most popular and effective techniques used by cyber attackers to compromise education sector networks. By exploiting trust and human error, attackers use deceptive tactics to steal sensitive information such as login credentials, financial details, or personal data.

Conducting simulated campaigns using a specialist phishing simulation platform is an effective method to educate employees into identifying malicious email messages. However successfully executing these regular phishing simulation campaigns involves strategic planning, clear communication and thorough analysis.

Join Nottingham Trent University to learn how they worked with their partner MetaCompliance to develop their own awareness strategy. Also hear how they embedded their approach to post campaign escalations and linked it to employee awareness training.

In this session NTU’s Security team will discuss how they collect and analyse metrics, incorporate knowledge of the phishing threat landscape and communicate with employees in an effort to drive behavioural change.

MetaCompliance will also be part of the session and will be on hand to answer questions about their platform and give an overview of their future roadmap.
