Dr Steve Bull is a keynote speaker and performance psychologist. During his 40+ year career he has coached CEOs, Olympic athletes and world champions. He has attended three Olympic Games as the Great Britain Team Headquarters Psychologist and worked with the England Men’s and Women’s Cricket Teams for over 25 years. As an executive coach in the business world, he has delivered numerous development programmes in high performance leadership, team effectiveness, change management, organisational culture and resilience. He has worked with a wide range of Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 organisations throughout Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.

Steve believes that resilience is a crucial workplace skill. The capacity to recover from setbacks, perform well under pressure, embrace challenge and manage energy effectively are fundamental requirements for thriving in any workplace environment. Drawing on a range of anecdotes, stories and learning tools from his vast experience in the area of “performance psychology” Steve presents practical strategies which can be easily grasped and applied immediately.
